PURCHASE OF NONSPECIFIC FOOD PRODUCTS
The franchiser, [Name of the franchiser], and the franchisee, [Name of the franchisee], as set forth in their franchise agreement on [Date of the agreement] and as witnessed by [Name of the witness], have agreed to the following additional terms and conditions:
All other food supplies that are not necessary in keeping with guidelines of product quality control agreement shall be purchased form the franchiser for a period of [Period of purchase]. After such time the franchisee may purchase those food supplies from any supplier the franchisee deems worthy and that will completely satisfy or go beyond the standard set forth in specific guidelines of franchisers manual. Franchiser must receive every a detailed listing of any third party suppliers and what is to be purchased, how much is to be purchased, the quality of those products and cost of purchase.
